Thermoforming is a flexible manufacturing process. It uses heat and vacuum forming technologies to shape plastic sheets into durable, functional components.
At Classique Plastics, we use advanced thermoforming equipment. We also offer in-house engineering and tooling. This helps us deliver cost-effective solutions for many industrial and commercial applications.
Our facility has a large Shuman vacuum former, measuring 4.5m x 2.5m. We also have a smaller vacuum former, measuring 1.5m x 1m. This lets us efficiently produce one-off prototypes and large production runs.
