At our core, we are powered by the proficiency of our in-house pattern makers, backed by the precision of our 3D-capable CNC router and our skilled engineering team. This empowers us to design your patterns and moulds.

In the confines of our enclosed Bi-axle rotation moulding machine, we breathe life into Polyethylene (LLDPE or foam-infused) or Polypropylene creations. Our prowess extends to items as capacious as 17,000 litres on our substantial offset arm, while a double platform arm caters to more compact products. Wool cans, offal bins/liners, trays, helicopter hoppers, machine guards, spa pool shells, ozone generator tanks, sign bases, fuel tanks, pallet fences, tank risers, effluent and wastewater system lids, heat exchanger housings, protein skimmer tanks—the roll call of our creations is extensive and diverse.

    For a recent Z petrol station upgrade, rotational moulding was chosen to produce the "Pay by Plate" signage displayed above each pump. This method allowed for the creation of a robust, seamless form with uniform wall thickness and high resistance to weather and impact. The result was a lightweight yet durable sign with consistent branding, built to withstand outdoor exposure and maintain visual clarity over time. Its clean lines and bold finish ensure it stands out in the busy forecourt environment.

    As part of site upgrades across multiple Z petrol stations, rotational moulding was used to manufacture the durable "In" and "Out" directional signs positioned at entry and exit points. The seamless moulding ensured long-term performance with minimal maintenance, while the bold graphics and consistent finish provided clear guidance for vehicles entering and exiting the site—essential for traffic flow and safety on busy forecourts.

    Harvestwear required a durable, fit-for-purpose harvest bin to support pickers working across horticultural operations in Hawke’s Bay. The business needed a reliable solution designed specifically for horticulture, capable of withstanding daily use during peak harvest periods while remaining practical and comfortable for pickers to use. 

    Classique Plastics manufactured rotationally moulded harvest bins using high-quality polyethylene, designed to deliver strength, consistency, and long-term durability. The rotational moulding process ensures uniform wall thickness and robust construction, making the bins well suited to demanding outdoor environments. Manufactured locally in Hawke’s Bay, the bins were purpose-built to meet the needs of commercial growers and picking crews.
